A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE
AUTHORITY FOR DESIGNATED BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE TOWN OF
TAOS.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has accepted the resignation of Council Member Frank
J. Cruz and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby authorizes the change of signature authority to
Town Manager-Tomas Benavidez along with Mayor-Bobby F. Duran, Council
Member-Meliton Struck, and Finance Director Marietta S. Fambro to sign on the
designated bank accounts of the Town of Taos.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
TOWN that the Town Council hereby authorizes the change of signature authority on
designated bank accounts of the Town of Taos.
® Duly passed, adopted and approved this 20`' day of December, 2005.
