RESOLUTION NO.2006-07
WHEREAS the Town of Taos has adopted its operating budget for the fiscal year ending June
30,2006 and
WHEREAS the governing body of the Town of Taos, meeting in Regular Session this 20 day
of January, 2006 wishes to adjust its operating budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved that the governing body of the Town of Taos, meeting in
Regular Session this 240' day of January, 2006, adopts this budget adjustment and respectfully
requests approval from the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and
Administration to effect this budget adjustment.

Utility Improvements Fund (81)
Expenditures and other Financing Uses:
Capital Expense—Rehab Kit Carson& Quesnel Sewerline(49) ($ 6,126.00)
Capital Expense—Dump Truck(54) $ 6,126.00
(To adjust the Utility Improvements Fund, this Budget Adjustment Request will increase
expenditures to cover the balance of purchasing a dump truck for Utilities Department. .)
