Town Council Workshop Meeting
Monday, April 26, 2021
4:00 P.M.
Site Visit - Proposed Camino Fiesta Subdivision
(Note: Meeting was conducted in accordance with the Attorney General's guidelines and observed the Governor's
executive orders and the Secretary of Health's public health orders.)
1. Opening Items
A. Call to Order by the Honorable Mayor Daniel R. Barrone.
(Note: The Town Council convened at the Town Hall Parking Lot, 400 Camino de la Placita,
Taos New Mexico)
The Honorable Mayor Daniel R. Barrone called the Workshop Meeting of the Taos Town
Council to order at 4:02 p.m.
B. Roll Call
Ms. Francella Garcia, Town Clerk, called roll and a quorum was present.
Those present were:
Mayor, Daniel R. Barrone
Mayor Pro Tem, Nathaniel Evans
Councilmember, Darien D. Fernandez
Councilmember, George "Fritz" Hahn
Councilmember, Pascualito Maestas (Councilmember Maestas joined the Workshop
Meeting at the site at 4:08 p.m. and departed after the site visit at 4:32 p.m.)
Also present were:
Town Clerk, Francella Garcia
Town Attorney, Stephen C. Ross
Planning and Zoning Director Nathan Sanchez
Absent/Excused was:
Town Manager, Richard Bellis
C. Approval of Agenda
Councilmember Fernandez made a motion to approve. Councilmember Evans seconded the
motion. The motion passed. The Councilmembers voted as follows: Ayes: Evans,
Fernandez, Hahn.
2. WORKSTUDY SESSION
A. Town Council will take a site visit of the proposed Camino Fiesta Subdivision along U.S.
Highway 64. There will be no discussion, and the Town Council will take no action.
(Note: The Governing Body, Town Attorney Stephen Ross, Planning and Zoning Director Nathan
Sanchez and Town Clerk Francella Garcia were transported to the proposed Camino Fiesta
Subdivision site.)
Town Council conducted a site visit of the proposed Camino Fiesta Subdivision. There was no
action.
3. Adjourn
A motion was made by Councilmember Evans and seconded by Councilmember Fernandez
to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at
4:36 p.m.

The Town of Taos Council will assemble at the Town Hall Parking Lot - 400 Camino de la Placita.
