The following ordinance was passed before the v illage
Council.

An ORDINANCE PROVIDI!,,G FCJt THE COLLECTION OF SEINrih
ASSESIVIENT TAMES BY THE VILLAGE Or' `l'AE VILLAGE OF TA0S.
Section 1. Be it ordeined by the Mayor and Board of 'Trustees
of the Village of Taos that from and after the passa ge of this
ordinance that all sewer taxes assessed against the property
owners in said Village of Taos passed and approved on the 15th
day of April A.D. 1936, and under and by virtue of Ordinance
No.203 passed and adopted by the said Board of Trustees do the
15th day of July A.D. 1936, shall be paid to and collected by
the village Clerk of the said Village of Taos .
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Taos, and approved by the Mayor of the village of Taos, on this
18th day of August A.D.1938, and attested by the said Clerk of
said Village of Taos in authontication of its passage and
approved this 18th day of August A.D. 19.'48.
