AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKUIG OF VEHICLES ON THE SOUTH STDE OF
ARMORY ROAD AND ON THE NEST SIDE OF NORM PUEBLO STREET:

Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle of
any -kind at any time on the South side of Armory Road from the Intersoction
of New Mexico State Highway No. 3, connecting with Armory Road up to the
R. E. A. Property.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle of
any kind at any time on the West side of Korth Pueblo Street from Martyrs
Lane to the Intersection of New Mexico State Highway No. 3 and U. S. High-
way 04.
Section 3. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction of such offense,
be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $10.00, or by
imprisonment for no-'t'# more than five days in the Taos County jail, or by
both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the Court.
Section 4. In the event any suction or subsection, part, or provision
of this ordinance shall, at any time be held invalid such invalidity of same
shall not affect the valid portions hereof and such valid pavtions shall re-
main in full# force and effect.
Section 5, Any Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict with
this Ordinance, are hereby repealed.
