WHEREAS, there is no present adequate manner to insure the repairing of

IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Mayor and the Council of the Town of Taos
that hereinafter anyone..vho in the course of the construction of any structure
or digging of any ditch., will to= up a town street must first obtain a permit
vt1,Y!*AftiWCrom the Clerk of the Town of Taos, and post a bond in the sum
of one hundred dollars ($100.00) conditioned upon the complete and Town
approved reparation of the dug or torn street.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 221 WHICH MAN PLACITAS ROAD A ONE-
WAY STREET FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH ARMORY STREET:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF THOS, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordanance No. 221 which made P]acitas Road a one-way
street from its intersection with Armory Street, thenc; South to the end of
sa°d Placitas road where it terminates at the Southwest corner of the pro-
perty of the Emporium store,L be and the same is hereby repealed.
Passed and adopted by the Couneei►l of the Town of Taos, New Mexico, and
approved by the Mayor on this the O day of June, 1960.
