' proper dumping procedures be followed in the disposing of garbage in
the Town Dump Ground, IT M 'IER»BY CRDAINID that certain areas in the '
(, dump be from time to time designated as the proper places to dispose
garbage, and

BF TT FURTUM CRDATNED, that dumping will be allowed only on cer-
tain days of the 'week, and further that a fee be charged to provide funds ;
{ for regulating the dumping, and that notice in a Newspaper of general
circulation be given in advance as to the fees sand days of dumping,

IT ?.B FURTHER ORDAINED, that a penalty of up to $25.00 be i nposed on

�Manyone violating the provisions of this Ordinance as designated in the
published notices.
IPASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Taos, New
