proper manner, and,
! ViHERLAS, it is a practice of business property owners especially around
the Plaza of Taos to sweep their iewalks unto the street, and,

it is :Incumbent upon each property owner to dispose of his
ovn garba[p{end dirt by his own means and at his expense.

1. 'That it shall be unIzamful for anybody to sweep unto the street
any garbage or dirt from their property and to fail to keep their propertie!;
