AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE MAKING OF A LEFT TURN FROM MARTYRS
LANE UNTO PLACITAS ROAD AND PROVIDING A PENALTY
WHEREAS, the flow of traffic would be facilitated if a left
turn from Martyrs Lane unto Plaeitas Road is prohibited, and
WHEREAS, said intersection is a blind corncr and dangerous
to traffic;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TAOS,
that a left turn from Martyrs Lane be and same is hereby prohibited,
and, the making of a left turn from Martyrs Lane unto PZacitas Road
will be considered and punished as a petty misdemeanor.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
