Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Crown of ?

Taos that,

MiEREA5, it is essential for the public health of the
citizens of the Town of Taos that the dumping of garbage and
refuse be regulated and controlled,
IT IS ORDAINED that all small trucks shall pay the sum of
fifty cants (500) , large trucks the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
for dumping in the Taos Municipal dump grounds . All dumping
shall be done in the areas designated for that purpose.
The breach of this Ordinance shall be a misdmeanor and
punishable as such.
