ORDINANCE N0.
WHEREAS , the Council of the Town of Taos considers that
the making of U-turns on North Pueblo Road constitutes a traffic
hazard and is detrimental to the public safety, and
WHEREAS , the increase in traffic in North Pueblo Road during
the summertime makes the making of U-turns almost physically im-
possible,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED that the making of U-turns in
North Pueblo Road bE:tween the Intersection of U. S. Highway 464
and N. M. State Highway #3 be and the same is hereby prohibited .
The breach of this Ordinance shall constitute a misdemeanor
and shall be punishable as such upon proof of the violation of
same ,
