AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINAiCH 190.^____,_j THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE TOWN OF TAOS, AND CMWGING THE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN
LAND OWNED BY MR. AND MRS. ALEX VALDEZ FROM RESIDENTIAL LIGHT
TO RESIDENTIAL DENSE
Be It ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Taos, that*
WHEREAS, there haf been presented to the Council of the

Town of Taos a petition signed by Alex Valdez requesting a
change of classification of his land located within the
exterior boundaries of said town* and,
WIMEASt the Planning and Zoning Commissica have taken
action upon said petition and have recommended the aforesaid
change in al,3- saification,
The classification of a certain area on the southwest
portion of the Town of Taos bounded on the South by Carabajal
Road, on the Went by Camino del Ranchito Arriba, and on the
North and East by Camino del Ranchito and Valverde Street be
and the same is hereby reclassified from residential light to
residential dense.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town
of Taos on the regular meeting of April 13, 1971.
