BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, OF
THE TOWN OF 'TAOS, NEW MEXICO, that,
'WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the law of
the State of New Mexico that the occupational tax
payable by liquor establishments be fixed annually,
and,
WHEREAS, the present occupational tax ordin-
ance of the Town of Taos does not provide for such
annual assessment on liquor establishments,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED that for the fiscal
year 1972-1973 all establishments operating within
the Town of Taos under a liquor dispensers license
shall pay the 'sum of $ 0:00 that those establish-

the sum of $ 250.00 and those holding a club li-
c ense pay the sum of $ 2 50.00.
